The service
FormatFusion is a product of LateShift LLC ("we", "us"). It provides free, browser-based file conversion tools. Because conversion runs on your own device, you remain in full possession and control of your files at all times. Purchases, including FormatFusion Pro, are processed by Stripe on behalf of LateShift LLC and appear on statements under that name.
Acceptable use
You may use FormatFusion for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You are responsible for having the rights to the files you convert and for how you use the results. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or misuse the site.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to make conversions accurate and reliable, we can't guarantee a particular result for every file. Keep your originals. Conversion never modifies them, so you always have them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LateShift LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
